The 5th Saturday of the month is the "Gimme Five" dinner.
Members wearing their Gimme Five button or pin, will receive $1.00
off the dinner price 5:PM - 7:PM.
Don't have a button or pin? Make your annual donation of $36.50 to
Moose Charities "Gimme Five Campaign" and get your button, or make
your 5 year commitment of $182.50 and Moose Charities will send
your label pin.
These funds are kept in trust for our children at Mooseheart and
seniors at Moosehaven.
Help our kids and seniors and get a great deal on your
dinner.

Gimme Five! Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who should contribute to Gimme Five?
Every member of the Loyal Order of Moose and the Women of the Moose
is urged to contribute. The program will only be successful if
near-l00% participation is achieved.
2. How much should I donate to start?
This is up to you?any amount will be appreciated as long as you
reach the $182.50 total within five years. The sooner we receive
your donation, the more interest it will earn for Mooseheart and
Moosehaven. That breaks down to an annual donation is $36.50
3. Can I make a donation online?
Yes, goto www.mooseintl.org and click to link to Moose Charities or
go directly to www.moosecharities.org and click on the Gimme Five!
icon then follow the directions.
4. Can I set up an automatic withdrawals to fund my
donations to Gimme Five?
Yes, go to www.moosecharities.org and download a Direct Debit
enrollment form.
5. Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes! Moose Charities has a 501 (c)3 Tax status. Your donation will
be confirmed with a ?thank you? letter from Moose Charities, which
will serve as proof of your tax-deductible donation.
What's a Gimme Five button?
I hope everyone has purchased their Gimme Five button. What's a Gimme Five button? It's a little blue button with a big message, the message is that you care about Mooseheart, "The Child City" and Moosehaven, our "City of Contentment". This little blue button comes with additional rewards, special dinners prices once a month and beverage specials. (Last Saturday each month.) Brothers and coworkers, thank you so much for the donations to
"gimme five" program.
A question might be asked "well brother chairman, did you
donate"?
It was my pleasure to donate $182.50 to this greatest good we can
do to help others.
Our lodge and Moose legion also donated the same amount.
I hope everyone will do what they can as we look forward to a brand

I know you've heard of pennies from heaven. Now think of nickels from your pockets. Mooseheart and Moosehaven need our help so that their doors remain open in the coming years.
This appeal is going to all of you who've told us that you are willing to volunteer and possibly haven't yet been asked for your help. Now we're asking, and you don't even have to drive anpvhere or cook anything to help. Just search your pockets, the cushions of your couch, the spare change in your car.
The Gimme five program needs your help. What that means is you commit to giving 5 cents in the morning and 5 cents in the afternoon every day for the next 5 years. The money is needed to keep the doors open at Mooseheart and Moosehaven for our dependent children and seniors.
Your donation can be made on a yearly basis or a one time commitment. If you have any questions, please speak to either Wayne Handley (Jr. Governor) or Cynthia Tanner (Jr. Regent), the co-chairs for the Gimme five program.

Gimme 5 Campaign
Brothers,
At our recent AZ-NM convention, the "Gimme 5", campaign was a hot
topic and given a high priority.
This program will raise money for investment in the future of
Mooseheart and Moosehaven.
Similar to the "Penny program", which raised money for investment
over almost 100 years ago, the funds raised will be invested in
securities and only the interest will be utilized to operate
Mooseheart.
After 100 years, the "penny" fund can no longer sustain these
costs. As we all know the costs have increased dramatically and the
need to ask for your help is now here. There are various ways in
which you can donate, Daily, Monthly, Yearly, or all at once.
You can have automatic withdrawals set up also.
